These motion control panels operate at a frequency of 50 Hz, with a power supply of three-phase AC 380 V or AC 220 V, and support servo motor capacities from 0.55 kW to 30 kW for motor start-up and operation. The panel displays motor operating current and frequency, provides 4–20 mA standard signal output, and comes standard with an RS485 communication interface. Optional interfaces such as DP, CanOpen, and Ethernet industrial bus cards are available, allowing seamless integration with industrial networks and computer systems.
Features
- Rational Design: The lower part of the cabinet is positioned 100 mm above the base and can be fitted with cover plates as required. These plates are divided into front and rear sections, each featuring 200 mm × 100 mm cable outlets near the wiring ducts. The cover plates are made of 2.0 mm thick steel.
- Optimized Layout: Vertical wiring ducts are installed along both sides of the cabinet, adjacent to the side panels, ensuring efficient space utilization and compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards.
- Standardized Wiring: Internal wiring strictly follows schematic diagrams, using multi-stranded copper conductors in accordance with wiring standards. Depending on project requirements, wiring ducts can be made of eco-friendly PVC, halogen-free PPO, halogen-free PC/ABS, or metallic materials such as steel and aluminum.
- Enhanced Safety: Separate neutral and grounding terminals ensure reliable grounding. Based on the weight of drives or inverters, special metal brackets are used for secure horizontal support or mounting.
- High Protection Grade: Cooling fans are positioned at the top center and at the upper sections of the front and rear doors, equipped with filter screens or filter cotton. A door-interlocked lighting fixture is installed at the top front. Optional positive-pressure systems and external air-conditioning units can be added to suit environmental conditions.
- User-Friendly Operation: Both front and rear doors can be installed. The front door can include a glass viewing window for monitoring internal equipment operation while maintaining a clean appearance and the cabinet’s protection level. The rear door adopts a double-opening design for easier access and maintenance.
