Construction
    Frame Structure (Nine‑Fold Profile Frame):
  • Nine‑Fold Profile Frame: Modular frame with 25 mm mounting‑hole spacing supports flexible installation of rails, mounting plates, and electrical components.
  • Bolted Frame Assembly: The frame is assembled with fasteners rather than welding, allowing convenient assembly and disassembly and helping reduce transportation space and cost.
  • Front and Rear Double Doors: Front doors provide access for operation and can be fitted with an optional tempered‑glass viewing window. Fully opening rear doors provide convenient access for rear wiring and maintenance. The doors are positioned 25 mm above the cabinet base to prevent interference during opening and closing.
    • Sealing and Protection:
  • Sealed Door Structure: Continuous PU foam gaskets around the doors, together with three‑point locking at the top, center, and bottom, provide uniform compression and help maintain the specified IP protection level.
  • Modular Cable Entry: A three‑section removable bottom plate and modular cable‑entry plates facilitate cable routing while helping maintain enclosure protection after cables are installed.
  • Removable Panels: The cabinet’s side panels, top cover, and rear panels are secured with removable fasteners for convenient on‑site removal, installation, and commissioning.
    • Load Capacity and Mechanical Performance:
  • Load‑Bearing Structure: The cabinet supports a static load of up to 1,000 kg. A reinforced U‑shaped mounting plate helps resist deformation under installed equipment loads.
  • Grounding: Grounding bolts and a copper grounding bar provide electrical continuity throughout the cabinet and help prevent static buildup.
  • Optional Accessories: A plinth, rain canopy, cooling fan, filters, and other accessories can be configured according to project requirements.
