    Enclosure Structure
  • One‑Piece Enclosure Body: The enclosure features a one‑piece folded construction with a single front door, forming a compact, enclosed wall‑mounted housing.
  • Hygienic Design: Rounded edges and a design with minimal hard‑to‑clean areas make the enclosure suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and other clean industrial environments.
    • Sealing and Protection
  • All‑Round Door Seal: A continuous PU foam gasket around the door helps maintain reliable protection against dust and water ingress.
  • Secure Locking: Provided with a 3 mm double‑bit lock, with an optional padlock arrangement to help prevent accidental opening.
  • Sealed Cable Entry: The enclosure flange uses a seamless folded design, while cable entries can be fitted with sealing glands to help maintain the specified dust and water protection after wiring.
    • Internal Configuration
  • Mounting Plate: A galvanized steel mounting plate is supplied for direct installation of mounting rails and electrical components.
  • Accessory Mounting: Standard mounting holes are provided for adding cooling or ventilation components, terminal blocks, and other accessories.
  • Wall‑Mounting Provision: Mounting holes are provided at the rear of the enclosure for stable wall installation.
    • Surface Finish
  • Brushed and Passivated Stainless Steel: The stainless steel enclosure receives a 400‑grit brushed and passivated finish designed for resistance to acidic and alkaline conditions and washdown environments, without the risk of paint peeling.
  • Smooth, Deburred Edges: Edges are finished smooth and free of burrs, supporting use in clean industrial environments.
