Process Details
- The inner side of the door is equipped with welded mounting strips and pre-drilled holes compatible with M4 fasteners, enabling easy installation.
- The polyurethane foamed gasket ensures reliable sealing performance.
- The door uses pin-type hinges and opens up to 110° for convenient access.
- The grooved cabinet edges prevent dust and water ingress and work seamlessly with the gasket to form a tight seal.
- The back panel includes pre-drilled mounting holes and wall-mounting brackets for simple and secure installation.
- The door can be installed to open from either the left or right side, providing flexibility during on-site installation.
- Color options: RAL7032 and RAL7035.
- Material: Cold-rolled steel, optional stainless steel 304/316.
- Thickness: Door 1.5–2.0 mm, cabinet body 1.2–1.5 mm, mounting plate 2.5 mm (galvanized).
