Made from a composite of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and PC (Polycarbonate), this junction box combines the advantages of both materials, offering high mechanical strength, weather resistance, impact resistance, and excellent electrical insulation. These features make it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial environments.

Features

Variety of Sizes: Available in multiple dimensions to meet diverse installation space and component layout needs. From small electronic connections to large industrial control systems.
Protection Level: Rated IP65, providing strong resistance against dust and water ingress.
Door Opening Options: Designed with flexible door orientations, including side-opening and top-opening configurations.
Power Characteristics: The junction box itself does not perform power conversion but serves as a safe housing for electrical wiring connections.

Custom Options

Size Customization: In addition to standard models, specific dimensions can be customized to perfectly match installation space and application requirements.
Color Customization: The standard color is gray, but other colors (e.g., white) can be customized for aesthetic or identification purposes.
Internal Structure Customization: Internal mounting plate layouts, rail positions, and cutout dimensions can be tailored to customer wiring and installation needs.
Protection Level Customization: For extreme environments, the enclosure can be specially engineered to increase the protection rating beyond the standard IP65, ensuring reliable operation under harsher conditions.
