Carbon Steel Enclosures
CABA manufactures custom carbon steel electrical enclosures for industrial control, power distribution, and equipment protection. As an industrial metal enclosure manufacturer since 2005, the company can tailor enclosure structures to dimensional requirements, load requirements, mounting methods, and operating environments.
The fabrication process covers sheet cutting, punching, bending, frame forming, welding, phosphating, powder coating, and complete enclosure assembly. Each stage can be adapted to the specific requirements of the project. Available configurations include control cabinets, wall-mounted enclosures, floor-mounted enclosures, operator consoles, and junction boxes.

Custom Carbon Steel Enclosure Configurations
CABA offers carbon-steel electrical enclosures in multiple configurations based on equipment dimensions, internal component layout, mounting method, and protection requirements. Available structures include wall-mounted, floor-mounted, freestanding, operator console, and junction box enclosures. We offer various customization options, including dimensions, cutouts, doors, internal mounting plates, and surface treatment to meet non-standard requirements.

Carbon Steel Enclosure Fabrication Capabilities
Customizing a carbon steel enclosure requires careful consideration beyond simply selecting the appropriate sheet material. Factors such as enclosure design, precision of cutouts, structural integrity of the frame, and surface protection must all be addressed. Leveraging detailed drawings or specific equipment requirements, CABA offers comprehensive solutions, managing the entire manufacturing process from sheet metal fabrication to final enclosure assembly.
Fabrication ProcessCutting & Punching
Sheet metal is cut and punched according to enclosure dimensions, component locations, and cable entry requirements.
Bending & Profile Forming
Panels and profiles are formed according to the enclosure structure. Available frame structures include 5-fold, 9-fold, and 16-fold, accommodating different enclosure sizes and load requirements.
Welding & Assembly
Enclosure bodies and frames are welded according to structural requirements, followed by the installation of mounting plates, door locks, seals, and related accessories.
Surface Treatment
Carbon steel surfaces are pretreated and finished with powder coating tailored to the specific operating environment. Certain products undergo pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating to enhance surface durability and protection.
